As much as I’m not against it, i have absolutely NO gag reflex and end up almost passing out and with an extremely sore throat :/ so I’m no good with that one but um, oh gosh I can’t think of what they are called. The pill you can take so you go to the toilet and get rid of it that way. Thoes are ok, doesn’t always work and definatly do not use them alot because you can get extreamly sick and end up being bloated constantly and you look pregnant and it never goes away so they are a sometimes thing. But if you do learn how to vomit proper make sure you use super good toothpaste an brush immediate after so you don’t get shit teeth cuz the stomach acid in your stomach fucks your teeth up :)
